About this store
These terms apply to orders from Mei Ling Bags. Contact: info.meilingsiewlan@gmail.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the shipping and returns policies linked below.
The closing offer
Bags in the closing collection are priced at S$0. Shipping is charged separately and calculated at checkout. Optional digital extras are separately priced and are never required to receive a free bag. Review every selected item and the final total before completing payment.
Product information
Product pages show available designs, materials and size options. Measurements are provided for the relevant size; centimetre conversions are rounded. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Availability can change, and adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.
Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfil an order or need to correct an obvious error, we will contact you and offer an appropriate resolution, including a refund of any amount collected for an unfulfilled order.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We will try to help before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once fulfilment has started. If an order has already been dispatched, the returns policy applies.
Digital extras
Digital extras are printable files for personal use. They are not physical merchandise, store credit or a redeemable gift card. You may print them for yourself or include a print with a personal gift; you may not resell or distribute the digital files commercially.

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Please do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or use its content unlawfully.
