Free bags, shipping charged separately

Every bag in the closing collection costs S$0. Shipping is a separate charge calculated at checkout for your order and delivery address. Review the shipping charge, any applicable taxes and the final total before paying.

Delivery to Singapore

Please enter your complete delivery address, including your unit number and postal code. The available delivery options will be shown at checkout. If no delivery option appears for your address, contact us before ordering.

Delivery updates

Use your order confirmation email to view your order status. If a tracking link is available, it will appear in your shipping confirmation or order status page. We do not promise a fixed delivery date unless it is explicitly shown for your order.

Incorrect details, delays or a missing parcel

Email info.meilingsiewlan@gmail.com with your order number and the relevant details. If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution. Please keep the packaging and any photographs of damage.

Any item clearly labelled as a digital download is a printable file, not a physical item and not a monetary gift card. Its price and available files are shown separately.
