View your order

Open the order status link in your order confirmation email to check the latest information. When tracking is available, it appears in your shipping confirmation or order status page.

Need help finding an order?

Email info.meilingsiewlan@gmail.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. If you do not have the number, tell us the name and email address on the order.

Update, cancel or report a problem

Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect, you need to cancel, or a parcel is missing or damaged. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. See Shipping & delivery and Returns & refunds for more information.
