Shipping Policy

At Eleanor Quilts we want you to know exactly when and how your quilt will reach you.
1. Where we deliver
We currently deliver to the United States.
2. Your delivery address
We ship to the address you give at checkout. Please check it carefully: incomplete or wrong addresses can cause delays or returns.
3. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During the workshop closing sale demand is high, so processing can occasionally take a little longer.
4. Shipping time
Once processed, your order usually takes 6–11 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the local carrier. Busy seasons, holidays and carrier capacity can affect this.

These are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control.
6. Shipping costs
During Eleanor's workshop closing sale, every quilt is free: you only pay the shipping fee, which is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. However many quilts you take, they travel together in one box.
7. No subscriptions
Your order is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing is ever charged monthly.
8. Payment
All payments are SSL-encrypted. Accepted methods are shown at checkout.
9. Tracking
When your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking link. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after the parcel leaves the warehouse.
10. Failed delivery or wrong address
If a parcel can't be delivered because of a wrong or incomplete address, it may come back to us. We'll contact you and arrange redelivery or another solution.
11. Delivery confirmation
A parcel marked as delivered by the carrier counts as delivered. If you can't find it, we'll help you with the carrier investigation.
12. Delayed or lost parcels
If your order is badly delayed or seems lost, email info.meilingsiewlan@gmail.com and we'll track it down or arrange a solution.
