Refund & Return Policy

At Eleanor Quilts we want every quilt to find a happy home. If it isn't right for you, our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee has you covered. Please read this policy before you order; by ordering you agree to it.
1. 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, and get a full refund of what you paid for it. There is no restocking fee.
2. Conditions for returns
To be accepted, a returned item should be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In its original condition, with its original packaging
- Requested within 30 days of delivery
- Approved by our support team before you send it
Unfolding and inspecting your quilt, as you would in a shop, is absolutely fine.
3. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email info.meilingsiewlan@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and the packaging
- A short description of the problem
We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay anything to send it back.
4. Items we can't take back
- Items damaged through misuse
- Items that have been used or washed (unless faulty)
5. Return shipping
Returns must go to the return address our support team gives you after approval; parcels sent anywhere else can't be processed. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending the item back is yours. For damaged, defective or wrong items, we cover it.
6. How to start a return
Email info.meilingsiewlan@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, the reason, and your full name and address. We reply with instructions within 24 business hours (Monday–Friday).
7. Order cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been processed. Once it has been processed or shipped, please use the return process above instead.
8. Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, in full and with no restocking fee. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. Optional shipping protection bought at checkout is not refundable.
9. Several quilts in one order
If your order had a bundle or multi-item offer and you return part of it, your refund is based on what you paid for the items you send back.
10. Failed delivery or wrong address
If a parcel comes back to us because the address given at checkout was wrong or incomplete, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery once the correct address is confirmed.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes apply from the moment they are published here and don't affect orders already placed.
